⚠️ Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy: CSAM & CSAE

Manifesto has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We employ automated filtering, proactive monitoring, and 24/7 human moderation to protect minors. Any detected exploitation will result in immediate termination, IP banning, and reporting to legal authorities.

1. CSAE Prevention & Safety Standards

Manifesto is committed to maintaining a safe community. We explicitly prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, or facilitation of any content that exploits, harms, or sexualizes minors. Our safety standards enforce strict moderation across all formats including video posts, images, comments, and profile cards.

2. In-App Reporting & Rapid Response

We provide tools for users to flag content immediately. Every post has a dedicated "Safety" flag (shield icon) in the action bar, and profiles contain a flag button.

  • 24-Hour SLA: All reports flagged as child safety violations are escalated and reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours.
  • Immediate Removal: Any content violating child safety policies is removed instantly from public view upon verification.
  • User Blocking: Users can block abusive accounts, preventing any future interaction or visibility.

3. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Manifesto complies with national and international child safety laws. We actively cooperate with child protection agencies and law enforcement. Any illegal child exploitation materials will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Kenyan child protection departments (including Childline Kenya and the DCI).
